How pricing works
Billed by Atlassian
You buy on the Atlassian Marketplace and Atlassian bills the app with your Jira subscription. No separate contract with us.
Same user tier as Jira
The Marketplace licenses every app for the same number of users as your Jira site. That is Atlassian’s rule, not ours, so the price follows the tier you are already on.
Free up to 10 users
On Jira Cloud, the Standard edition of every app is free for sites with up to 10 users, for as long as you stay that size.
30-day free trial
Every paid tier starts with a 30-day trial from the Marketplace. You can start it without a credit card.
Annual = 10 months
On Cloud, paying annually costs the same as ten months of monthly billing, at every user tier.
Data Center from 50 users
Data Center licences are annual and start at the 50-user tier. Three apps have a Data Center version.
